"When I had the idea of an educational video being made about Peace Mala, it took a little time to find the right person who could carry this through. Finally I met Delia MacNamara of Imagine dpm Ltd, who was certainly the answer to my prayers. She was intuitive enough to ask me what I wanted for the film. I came back with the idea of the dove of peace starting in outer-space and flying towards planet earth. I wanted the dove to have a Peace Mala in her beak, rainbow colours in her feathers and that a rainbow would come out of her tail as she entered the earth's atmosphere. The dove was then to carry the Peace Mala with its message around the planet. I asked if this could be done in animation first and then turn to 'real' film with children and adults receiving the Peace Mala from the dove as she drops it from the sky.

Thanks for your positive comments...especially you Dave. If you go to the Peace Mala website you will see that we now have an accreditation/award for schools and youth groups. If you know any teachers or youth workers please tell them about the Peace Mala project.

Pam has been to a school in Porthcawl to take the vision of Peace Mala there, I hope more schools from all religions will see the benefit in using the Peace Mala as an educational tool for all nations.

Excellent video.
This should be sent to the R.E teachers at all the local schools as they all teach international religions these days.
This could be a great teaching aid for younger children to appreciate others of other ethnic backgrounds and race within their schools.

A wonderful inspirational video with so much love and wisdom, I wish Peace Mala and its vision my sincere good wishes for the future. Half way through I thought it had finished but keep looking to the end, as there are thumbnails you can click on to see more.
